How to save Coriander Seeds
Allow some of your coriander plants to bolt and produce flowers.
Wait for the flowers to turn brown and develop small, round seeds.
Cut the seed heads or individual stems with seeds.
Place the seed heads or stems in a paper bag and hang them upside down in a dry, well-ventilated area.
After about two weeks, the seeds will be dry and can be easily separated from the stems.
Collect the seeds and store them in a labeled paper envelope or small glass jar in a cool, dark place.
