How to save Coriander Seeds

  • Allow some of your coriander plants to bolt and produce flowers.

  • Wait for the flowers to turn brown and develop small, round seeds.

  • Cut the seed heads or individual stems with seeds.

  • Place the seed heads or stems in a paper bag and hang them upside down in a dry, well-ventilated area.

  • After about two weeks, the seeds will be dry and can be easily separated from the stems.

  • Collect the seeds and store them in a labeled paper envelope or small glass jar in a cool, dark place.
