How to save Capsicum Seeds

• Let your bell peppers ripen on the plant until they turn fully red or yellow.

• Cut the peppers open and remove the seeds, along with any attached flesh.

• Place the seeds on a paper towel or plate and allow them to air dry for about a week.

• Once dry, store the seeds in a labeled paper envelope or small glass jar in a cool, dark place.
